I just replaced both my lower ball joints on my rev and the repacements didnt have a hole drilled in them for a cotter pin.
Should I just use a nylock nut instead of the castle nut or drill them out and use the cotter pin with the castle nut?
Thanks.

sooboy,
You'll be just fine with the use of a nyloc nut & flat washer, no need to mess around trying to drill a hole thru the threaded portion of the ball joint! FWIW: The ball joint with no hole drilled thru it is how the 2008 Rev XP came from the factory.
