Hi,
I am going to be doing my first tunnel swap, on a 08 Fx Nytro - any step by step instructions or pointers would be greatly appreciated!! Also any specific tools that might make the job easier?? Thanks

remove old tunnel...install new one.

Get yourself some good 3/16 bits and a pin punch that will fit inside the rivots...before drilling them out....tap the centre section out...makes drilling them alot easier for sure.

I have done quite a few tunnels and you need a good air riveter and a air chisel with a modded tip to pop the rivets out.

I can attest. I hand drilled out my entire rear tunnel earlier this week. It sucked. Thanks to ruffryder for the air rivet gun loan, it only took me an hour or less to drop the new section in. Stoked.
