Tunnel roll gussets broken

So I was out riding this past weekend in the woods and at one point later in the day I happened to look down at the back of my sled and noticed on the left side something didn't look right.. Turns out te gusset connecting the end of the running board to the tunnel was broken off and completely gone! I look at the right side and that one is broken where it connects to the end of the board, being held on by the rivets that hold it to the tunnel.. Has anyone else had this happen before? I did bottom the sled quite hard earlier in the day so I'm not sure if that was the cause or not? Any ideas.....? This is on a 10 Xfire Snopro

I've lost a few of them... the only thing that sucks is if you keep riding it, it's a B*(&#$% to get the new one back in.

They're cheap though, and easy to install. I put slightly larger rivets in the new ones, which seems like it's keeping them from getting loose as fast as the stock ones, though I'm not sure them getting loose is a big issue, the area under it was all galled up on my sled, so I wanted to avoid that.

Ive boken a few and if i break any more im doing something else with them. I ran some 1/4 x3/4 aluminum flat bar and rivited it in with some good stainless rivets with a new st of board gussets. Deffinetly made the edges more stranger. If they go again im gona get a rail edge from Van Emberg. They have a rail edge for $141 or whole wider boards for i thimk it was $350.
