backcountry track issue

Ok, so I have a 2010 backcountry I have put 1200 miles on it since new and the track on the edges gets fuzzy or stringy. I usually just take a little propane torch and burn them off. But can any one tell me how to fix it or if you have this problem and it just doesn't matter or what?

look for what it is rubing on and grind it down not off just down a bit

They almost all do it. Trim them or ignore them, not a big deal.
