I just bought a 1987 LT500 quadzilla. I am having bog down problems. it will run and idle butbogs undr torque. ant suggestion? I am also looking for fenders for the same machine. pm me if you have.

You could try cleaning/rebuilding the clutches.

Could be a number of things, your best bet is to join Quadracerhq.com, and do a search. There is a wealth of knowledge there.

Try cleaning your Carb real good. Remove everything and soak in a quality cleaner then use air in all openings. Make sure pilot jet. needle jet and main jet are clean. Also check for a damaged or worn needle and slide.
Another possibility is a leaking float or just out of adjustment .
I have a Keihn that has an internal problem that couldn't be fixed.
Installed a new carb and cured the problem.
