Maybe put your skid back into the 14 position and see if changes the wheelie's? Your sled wheelie's a lot more than either of mine.

It may help a little, but I think it's more because of my weight and the weight lost off the from of the sled. Talking to a friend that did the same weightless and weighs what you do says his wheelies more than it used to

I understand the changes from 12 to 14 thanks, but the question still remains: Did you find a big improvement from 12 to 14, in RIDE/HANDLING? Would you be as happy with your 12 with your current mods? (I recall u had ALL BUT TKI/3"/short cooler on your 2012)

Upgrading to a 2016 at a cost of $8,500+ after hopeful resale may not be worth it. But 3" track, team clutches, EVOLs, and 36 front end does look sweet. Hmmm, as Geo would say.

The difference from the 12 to 14 is track, skid location, 38" front, clutches sucked on both my 12 ran like a champ just smoked belts the 14 couldn't hold rpm so that's a wash. Short cooler, powder coat. The cooler and powder coat are pretty big to me.

No matter what year cat it needs steering, narrowed etc... IMO

3" track is a must for me after having it but holy chit it can also make it harder to ride because in a sidehill you have to really be careful for it to wheelie and take you up hill. KMOD is a fix

Well its the same sled, IMO I would upgrade to the limited.

In stock form the 14 is way better, because of cooler, 38 arms, drop skid (I prefer 13) 2.6 pc, powder coat.

Big ones that are hard to do on the 12 is cooler and powdercoat, the way mine was and 13 I wouldn't upgrade to 13. But I would to a 14, but I have 4k in my 14.

On a 16 limited to make it better than mine I would do
Boards $300 + labor
steering mod $100 + labor
mtn fit hood $350 + labor
Custom intake ???
tki belt dr $900 + labor
gauge pod $30
lower bars ???
can $530

Your looking at over 2200 in cost but with new skid design, team clutches, evols and better a arm geometry it will be a better sled.

all together I'm looking at 14k for the 16 so 16,300 ish to upgrade it to better than mine, I bought my 14 sno pro, not limited for 10500 and have about 14700 all together in it. plus labor

so 1600 difference, 2 yrs newer, longer warranty, etc.... and I get the better skid, a arms, clutches, evols etc... that would cost at least 2k
and a better resale.
