Cross country is the racing I'd of liked to have gotten involved in. When I had younger knees, and bigger balls.

raced from 2001-2007. Xgames in '06.

Lot of sponsor $$ dried up in 2008. Snocross is by far the most physically demanding and mechanically demanding in snowmobile competition.

With that said, there's not many (if any) riders out there who raced for a few seasons and don't have some type of life-long physical issue from it. It's extremely hard on knees/shoulders/ankles. Part of me misses it, but I'd spend a day in the mountains over a day in -40 degree temps racing in Valcourt, QC

wow...you made it to the Xgames! I can see how it slams your body no matter where you are on the course. Thanks for sharing your experience....you must be a pretty "sick" rider.

I agree with you...at least you could modify a trail sled vs snow cross you have to go full race sled. Prob easier on the body too...
