My stock boards were easy to ice up/get built up with snow and were bent from the previous owners size, so i built these Air boards for $100. Had them powdercoated with a zinc enriched primer/powder coat and then powdercoated with white.

Great work man! Also curious how long this took ya? I would straight up buy a set off you as well, let me know if you make more and want to sell - since my metal fab skills are at an absolute zero %! Thanks for the post, keep up the epic work!

Thanks guys! It took me about 5 hours by the time i got them completely perfect and cut the old running boards out and then installing them. I would sure consider making more. How much were you guys thinking? Ill post a before and after picture of my sled also.

Steel also = strength
You might add some weight but at least you dont have build up of snow and ice, and you dont slip around. You can stay in control and not have to worry about cleaning your "light weight" boards off every 5 minutes.
