I've never seen anyone wear out the brake pads on a sled, what did you do?

My thoughts as well. I put over 4000 miles on my 900 RMK and never replaced brake pads. My '12 Pro has about 1300 miles and the pads look like new.

My 2011 Pro RMK is in need of brake pads after 2500 miles, My 2005 Rev Summit still has the same pads after 10,000 miles, both ridden about the same.
