So just curious since these tunes have been out for a while now and I know Bikeman has had a couple different updated tunes ( tweaked i assume ) Also I have heard JAWS, SILBER, FORCETURBO, MAPTUNE POWERSPORTS, SPEEDWERX, ETC have tunes..... who has actually put it back on a crank dyno and tried to smooth out the "roller coaster" power curve ?? Yes we can clutch around it, but would make the sled much easier to clutch if the power curve was more linear..... anyone care to share there dyno graph and have the leading edge tune out there ?????? ?
Pretty easy to post a dyno graph............

I would also suggest if you have lag (or laziness) with the bikeman tunes, it’s not the tune, it’s your clutching. I used 2&3 all last season. The tunes are great, “IF” you get the clutching right.

If you have 4000 engagement .....nope wont feel a thing, other than track shovel every time you try and blip the gas and if your in and out of the gas no problems..... but it shows it self if you have a low engagement, cruise down a groomed trail down hill at 1/4 throttle 25-30mph say 5500ish RPM and pin it and tell me what you feel...... I know there is 2 ways to skin a cat and this is not a post to say "whos clutching is the best"...... When I picked up my 2020.5 sled and bought EVERYONE'S weights out there to try along with welding on 965,984,994,903....... trust me Ive put in the hours..... just was asking WHO HAS TUNED OUT THE "roller coaster" because its the difference from the sled going negative pressure in the air box to positive pressure and how the system works.......

Don’t really care what a dyno at sea level in a controlled environment shows. But I see what you mean, I’d be embarrassed to publish that dyno. Stage 2&3 don’t run like that though smooth as stock, way more power

I hear that the maptune works extremely well.
It’s has my interest over the bikeman now, after doing some research. Better bottom end I’m told as well over the bikeman tune with the bikeman pipe.
I now know of someone that’s testing both.

I have the MapTuner stage one.
I also have a buddy with Bikeman 20HP stock pipe and can.
I also have a bewitch Bikeman 20HP with Bikeman pipe and can.

Bikeman pipe wakes up the turbo a heck of a lot on bottom a real difference between my two buddies. Well worth itfor the pipe install.

That being said, I got the MapTuner stage one for now, and my sled with stock pipe and can is better on the bottom than my Buddy who has full stage two pipe and can.
Yes we are both running very similar clutching.

I also have adjusted my clutching to have a 3000 engagement and I still outperform my buddy with a 3900 engagement.

The maptune is a fair amount more expensive. For the tuner and one license it’s $1150. Torque link and one license is $750. With torquelink having updated tunes this year, I wonder how much better they run. My 20.5 ran flawless on stage 2 all season.
Anyone in Utah with a maptuned turbo want to compare?

the updated tunes only allow you to run higher then 8,000 feet and keep the added hp to 10,000 feet, so if you have stage 2 tune 185hp before it would start to lose hp at 8,000 feet, with the updated tunes you keep 185hp to 10,000 feet. no difference in the way they run.

Bikemans chart shows the same hp over 8,000 and up to 10,000 for stage 1&2 and they say it “pulls much harder”. Only the stage 3, 91 octane and stage 4 fall off at 8,000ft.

The mapptune tuner does way more than the torque link.

go ask Jared he did the tunes and the latest updates. they are the same tunes only keep hp at higher elevation. that`s what he told me. they do not pull harder then last years tunes. the only way it would pull harder is with the right clutching.

I'm not sure what kind of tune my buddy has but it makes all kinds of lag. It was great stock now it's only great on the top. He had a dealer do it too which I thought was odd. Maby some clutching would fix it but he only lets said dealer touch it. It's a 20.5
