YAOT....

Yet Another Oil Thread....

Hoping this doesn't turn into a debate thread, just a percentage of who uses which brand. Thats my only intention. I tried doing a search to see if this had been done, but I couldn't find it. I'm sure all the older peeps on here have seen this thread a billion times, but I think it will be interesting for the newer types.

Amsoil smells bad buts its cheap and I have 2600 miles on my sled with it and no problem....knock on wood

I just went and got some blue marble since I can't find any polaris blue right now. I'll tell you, blue marble sure as hell ain't blue! Green...wtf is this chit.

I just throw what ever in there, sometimes I even put like engine oil in my sled, 30 wieght, 10/40, sometimes even used oil out of my cars, 2500 miles it still runs fine.

Castrol, or that Wally World Super-Tech stuff. I scored a cheap box of Klotz once, 4 gallons at like $10 a gallon off a guy who got out. Whatever is actual oil (not syn) that is certified and cheap. you burn it after all...

my M8 loves yamilube 2R... and i love the price:) before i went premix was running yamilube 2S. at $20 bucks a gallon you gotta love the stuff, have just over 5,000 miles on my sled... so don't believe it when they say you have to run full synthetic in your powervalve sled, its B.S...
