I know this is mostly mountain sleds, but my dad has a 2004 F7 and we cannot figure out how to get the belt off, the instructions make it sound easy, but not so much, so if you guys have any help/tips that would be great.

put your brake on then pull the back side of driven clutch as far as possible then pull on belt like crazy this will make it go in deeper and then release brake and rotate your clutch still pulling up on belt sideways and over sounds harder than it is will work easier if on track stand takes a bit of muscle ,eat spinach popeye

f7 belt change made easy
ok people after much fighting with it heres the easy way to change the belt on the f7
Get yourself a strap wrench
Set the parking brake
slide the strap wrench on the secondary take out the slack
lift towards the handlebars to open the secondary
remove belt
note the secondary will stay open until you fire up the sled and get the primary clutch to engage and close it up
