I run 87 Regular pump gas in my sled. It's a 2008 IQ Dragon Turbo. The turbo boost gauge in the instrument cluster goes to the top when I gun it.

I thought it was suppose to limit the boost if "poor" fuel is detected.

I'm confused. :face-icon-small-sad

What kit? What level of boost numbers are you seeing? What do you think will limit boost for bad fuel? Thanks

Oh wait, I think it was if the knock sensor detected detonation it retarded the timing?

Does it also limit the boost?

I don't know how many pounds of boost I'm getting it's just a little gauge on the display, it goes too the top.

BTW, the sled is completely stock no flashes, aftermarket turbos anything like that.

If this isnt a joke then you have alot of reading you need to do. you need to know how a turbo works and what your gages are telling you before you ever think about investing in one of these things.
