Which sled to buy ?

I've narrowed my search down to two different sleds, which one would you choose?

New 2008 M1000 162 Sno Pro
New 2008 Phazer MTX with MPI supercharger

I am a yamaha guy (own a nytro and love it!!!!) and i bet the phazer would be fun but the M1 would smoke it. And for sure if you put the same money into the M. A brand new leftover M1 should be in the 7 to 7500 range at least in Minnesota they are. A brand new phazer should be in the 5 to 5500 range then add 4200 for the charger plus install you should be able to put about 3G into the M. Just my thoughts. Good Luck!!!

what do you weigh

120lbs. then buy yamaha. Anything else buy the cat. GOod luck!

Go for the cat. I've heard from some disappointed Phazer owners. Mainly not enough power and they are easy to get stuck off the trail. The supercharger will spice up the power part, but it still won't be a decent mountain sled. The Phazer would make a great ditch banger for some light folks, but it won't come close to the M1000 snowpro in the powder and especially the mountains.

I am a yami guy in ever sense of the name but would never pick a super phazer over a M1000. The phazer is super fun to ride and throw around but no where near the fun factor and simplicity of a m.

Not even a question the M1000 for sure, OR do a 2010 turbo nytro at twice the price and 3times the durability....lol...:beer;

Why a phazer and not a Nytro? But out of those id pick the M. Also why an M1000 and not the 8?

I'd go with the M1000... the Phazer would be fun once in a while but I don't think you'd like the supercharger. I've known a fell guys with them on their Nytro's and Apex's... they were always working on them to get them to run right. I have a buddy with two Phazer turbos pretty set up and they can't run with a M1000 or a well setup M8.
