Anyone know the part number for the chain case bracket? My dealer doesn't want to call me back to see if he can still get me one. I thought if I had a part number maybe it would help him. This is for the 2005 900.

Thanks, Rod

Part number

See this post for more info on making your plastic cover last a bit longer.

The best solution, IMO, is to go with the new aluminum chaincase cover that Polzinhunter on the forums here CNC machines.

The 2005 bracket is part 1016191-329 and you will need 2 longer bolts 7512242

The part # for the 2006- 2008 bracket is 5251316-329 and longer bolts are not needed

You should consider the custom made Billet Aluminum Chaincase Cover for $165 delivered.
