95 chevy question

Have a 95 Chev 3/4 ton Love the truck but the drivers door top hinge is wore out. Went to replace it and noticed that like glued or welded on. Is there any fixes out there that can be done or any ideas.

$5.00 bushings from auto parts store, hang the door with a cherrypicker or tie down straps around shop truss. Compressing the spring in the hinge is the only hard part. I believe they sell a tool for it, but I have always found it more amusing to see how much skin I can peel while using channel locks.
