Anyone know what it's like in south east ND and NE SD? Can you ride in the sand hills? I see there's a bit more snow there on the depth map. Heading over there, debating about taking the sled with.

Areas around Lidgerwood got 8''-10'' and Sisseton, SD got around a foot. Not sure about the sandhills. The fields are covered but thin. People are riding in the ditches just to get out. They are full and ridable if you like that kind of riding.

Thanks. What's the story on the sandhills anyway? Open to snowmobiling? I've heard people ride there.
ATV's are limited to roads and trails. With good snow cover they don't say much. They are a blast with good snow. Not so much this year though. We also ride between Hankinson and Lidgerwood south of Highway 11 to the SD line. A lot of terrain and trees to ride with good snow. Just have to watch for posted land.

Well I was down there today, drove through the sandhills a bit. Neat area, there were a few groups in there. We were going south until by ECU burned up.... End of day...and season.
