Gates Carbon Fiber Belt

Does anyone know the part number for the Gates CF belt or if its even made yet? Put one of those on my XM and loved it. Definitely wanting it on my AXYS as well. checked all over and cant seem to find anything for the 2016's

44C4553, this is a number off an old thread about this belt. I have not used it so can't comment on how it works, it is for the 15, and the 16 has the same size belt. The new 16 belt is just made with a different durometer compound.

That gates belt worked way better than the Polaris belt on my 2014. Doesn't fade after a few hard pulls like the stocker and it is half the price. Ordering one soon myself...

Can't reamer the part number but it's the same one used on the 15 pro. I used it for about 20 km before I flew over the bars and took out a a-arm. I was loaded heavy on weights 70g and only pulling 8000 rpm .. but it felt fine just need to go back to 68g

Installed the gates belt 44c4553 this past weekend in revy on my axys. Never had one before but price was way better than polaris belts.

What elevation? I am thinking I should go with the 68g instead of the 70 myself....

I live at 1250ft and go up to about 3800ft pretty quickly.

I picked up the Gates 44c4553 from Ebay for $72.21 a couple months ago....was going to use it as my spare but might use the stocker as the spare after reading some good reviews on here about the Gates!

Just ordered and received 3 of the 44c4553 belts form Amazon-Prime for the 3- 163 Pro 800's in my family trailer, they came from Dobecks, easy to get confused because thare are 44G4553 belts out there much cheaper, so beware and make sure you get the 44 (C) 4553 not the G The G might be just OK for a get home belt for $44 each

I've been looking for a spare clutch belt. Ran Carlisle ultimaxs in the past. worked okay but usually failed around 1500 miles of mixed out west and Midwest riding.

So this Gates 44C4553 Gates G-Force CVT Belt we are talking about is the clutch drive belt; Not a quick drive belt correct? just want to clarify.

Is this the strongest belt gates produces? I noticed the thread was about a CF belt and the link Friscoprox provided has no description but a good price. That is the correct belt for a 2016 axys rmk? I'm about ready to buy 1 of them just want to be sure. Thanks everyone.

The one being described is the clutch belt, not quick drive belt replacement. And yes it is for the 2016 and is the strongest belt Gates has for them.

all i know is it sure woke my rzr 1000 up compared to the stock belt. so can't wait to try one on the new sled. Can't beat the no questions asked warranty.

i have to disagree! the new 16 belt is not the same size than the 15. The outer circumference is a Little bit smaller from the 16 compared to the 15! The 16 has a outer cicumference of 46.22" and the 15 belt has a cf of 46.77"!
It will fit, but it is not the same.....

Yep...

The confusion is that the trail sleds do not use the same belt as the mountain sleds. The 3211183 AXYS RMK belt is the exact same dimensions as the 3211115 PRO RMK belt with a 46.77 circumference.

The belts are interchangeable and the same 44c4553 Gates Carbon that worked on last years Pro will work on this years Axys.

Has anybody tried a 15 belt on a 16? I at 69 grms at 4000 feet and still have up shift rpms of 83,8400, was thinkin my belt is slipping and maybe the 15 is a little more stcky and bring down the rpms

I have attached the 2016 Model Specification for the SKS 800. on site #1 is are the specs for the new belt #3211183. as you can see, the circumference is 46.22" not 46.77".......
