New to owning an do, it seems like my clutch rattles at idle or when shutting the engine off, was wondering if it’s normal because in lots of videos it sounds similar.

Some noise is normal, it is the arms flapping around at low idle. If it seems excessive it could be the buttons are worn. Those keep the cover and outer sheave in alignment with each other.

At idle the clutch is unloaded. The engine's power pulses 2x/rev cause the slide sheave to displace in its clearance, back and forth. The more the torque buttons and/or o-rings are worn near their wear limit the rattling gets noticeable. As the wear is at or past the wear limit, the rattling noise gets loud.
Minimum change out the 6 torque buttons and o-rings. Can throw a new oem spring cover on there too. torque bolts at 16 pounds (must use a torque wrench, dont handbomb em'")

Definitely replace all the moving parts we had five XP’s,they need rebuilding at least once a year, spring cover wears and the sliding half will bind
