Where are fuel injectors on a 2009 m-8

My dealer told me and you guys to bump the injectors with a battery to free them up. When I open the hood, I cant even see them. Do I need to remove the air intake or something?

Under the heat shield under the pipe at the intake. You can remove the injectors without removing intake.

yep pull the exhaust and heat shield under the front of the pipe and you can see them.

And to clean them, just take about a 4 inch long section of gas line and connect both injectors to the gas line. Then put a very small hole in the middle of the gas line for the carb cleaner straw to fit into and seal. Have injector you want to clean at the bottom, spray/pressurize and bump injector with 12v. Do that for both multiple times. All clean.
