What are "reinforced hood straps"?

I am going to run an uphill drag, and hillclimb race coming up and the rules call for "reinforced hood straps". What do they mean by this?

They mean extra straps on the front and sides not just stock straps in rear.. I can tell you from experience if you show up without they just make you duck tape it in a few spots. Are you talking Marquette mountain.?

I am talking Marquette Mountain, and Powderhorn. Uphill drags and hill climb. I have extra hood straps already so I should be fine it sounds like.
