ULTIMATE PRO-PEX!

I used to be young and ambitious. Now I'm just old and lazy. This looks to be a sick build. Kudos for taking the initiative to build something like this. Would love to come out and see it run next year.

How much are you going to spend at Patrick's Custom Carbon? LOL

They've got some SAWEET products just for your build.

They do make sweet stuff. Im gonna make them myself though. I enjoy making one off stuff so I think im gonna make a different design than the pro. Something based off of the pro pannels but ill try to narrow it up In spots. Should be fun

Heck yeah man. Hit me up when your headded this way!

I got a weird question. Have you looked at putting the PRO plastics on your Rev build? Just wondering how much fab work it would take to make the plastics work. Assuming the PRO plastics are in fact narrower, it would be an advantage. Always something I've thought about.

Sorry for the mis directed question. I'm stoked to see how this thing ends up. I love your build threads!

all old versions of the chassis are long gone. so no rev build anymore.

one of the main reasons the pro front clip and panels were used was to make the seamless meshing of panels and frame. the previous chassis always had less then stellar fit and finish in this area casuing snow injestion.. etc. This one is just going to be a lot tighter fitting and not have the stupid problems associated with mating things.

Gotcha. Just saw that Rev in the backround and thought maybe you guys might have tried to swap plastics. I'd be interested to see how much difference there is between mounting the PRO and and Rev plastics. I see that there is quite a bit of room within the Rev to narrow it up. If I can get my hands on some PRO plastics I think I might try to see just how narrow I can get the Rev.

didnt have much space for a good header in the turbo location i had before.
Gonna try this out, what do you all think:face-icon-small-ton

Looks like the header will be easier to build.
Post lots of pics of the header build and the carbon work. Are you using a vacum bag ?

Have you thought of doing the exhaust like the new viper and have the exhaust wrap around and exit the stock location? Then you would have more room for your turbo, and keep the weight lower....

What are you going to do for cooling? I am super impressed with how little snow build up I have on my 14 Cat without heat exchangers in the tunnel.

Yeah ive looked at probably most options and I think this way will use less material and be a more efficient way of getting exhaust to the turbo.

Im using a cmx u cooler. They are very light and efficient. Good to hear the cat is working good. Maybe I should double the cooler up and run all of the cooler in the front half of the tunnel

Have you tried installing it as is to see how difficult the bolts will be to thread in?
