Tunnel differences

Have a 2006 600HO RMK, tunnel and bulkhead not the best. Straightened it out best I could, welded some cracks, no problems for the last 2 years, but want a new one. What is the difference between the 900 chassis and the 600 HO? There are a ton of 900 RMK part outs. Have no problem getting one, just wondering if I can transfer everything over. Just want the tunnel and bulkhead. I don't care if it is a longer one, I can always go longer, just want the engine and parts to bolt up. What about the 2007? Differences there? 06 600 RMK are hard to come by. Any thoughts would be helpful.

The 900 bulkhead is completely different and will not work for you, but I am pretty sure the tunnel is the same between the 600 and 900 other than the length. iirc the 600 rmk is a 144 and the 900 rmk's were 159 and 163. In 07 there were a lot of changes to the tunnel and aesthetics, but I am pretty sure the bulkhead stayed the same so if you were to find a carb'd 07 600 most, if not all of your parts would bolt up. Hope this helps.

Where are you from? I have a mostly parted out 06 600. Bulkhead and tunnel are still there, but the tunnels stock cooling has been removed and custom foot boards added. If you didn't want the tunnel, the bulkhead would at least be useful for you if you are interested. Will sell cheap.
