Thinking about scaring up a TM38 carb rack for my '94 XLT and wondered if I'd lose much throttle response going from VM34's to the TM38's. The sled has SLP pipes on it but is otherwise stock. My main motivation is to get rid of the four cable throttle setup to a simple two cable setup.
I'd hope the flat slide TM's would have better throttle response than the VM's, but how much difference will the 4mm increase make?
