Steamboat Springs Winter Housing

I recently got a a job as a snowmobile guide out of Steamboat and am looking for a place to stay over the winter. Currently I live in Minnesota and haven't had any luck with housing. I know that Steamboat is a very popular and expensive place to live, but if anyone is looking for a roommate or knows of a rental property available I would greatly appreciate any help.
