Finally made it out to 108 for my first ride of the season out there. Coming out 395, it was nice to see how much snow was out there. The riding zones are filled in nice, snow quality was decent to good, although lots of windblown. Ridges were scoured bare as usual. You gotta love the terrain and beauty of the place!

Your killIng me man! My son and I met you up there several years ago. It’s an awesome place to ride that’s for sure. Looks like you’ve been ripping it up all over. Gold Lakes was a favorite spot of ours also. We moved up to Cody WY. so we’re learning the ropes up here, but it’s kind of a low snow in Wyoming so far.

Way to kick ass, Raymond. ? ? Looking at your pic 107, I don't see any tracks heading up to the E-Shaft ridgetop. I bet the other side in the McKay Creek area(after you drop the Shaft) is primetime. Glad you finally got down that way.

Yup, we were the first and only tracks up to the Elevator Shaft that day. We didn't drop into it though, one of the guys was spooked by it...I think. Some pics of us at the top and one looking down into it the creek.

Yeah, dropping the Shaft can cause tight ass syndrome. It's definitely a rush and not only for first timers. Thanks much for posting all the pics.
