Just sent back my HMK pants that tore on the seam...will see how their customer service stacks up. They were real good about calling me back the first thing Monday after the Holiday break.

Plus I sent in one of the ultimax belts that came apart...didn't want to send in both at the same time.



supposed to get a free one back...if they approve it.

well I had to send 10 dollars for return shipping

going back to work after being on vacation for 3 weeks, is sucky...

on a good note: my new work sled is a 2011 m8 sp , so i guess it could be be worse..
