sooo summit had rain last week but a bit of snow on top. parked at the monument headed behind the tit. snow in the valley was about 30in still about 12-16in of willow tips still sticking out the snow. getting to the tit i would advise staying on the packed path still, the snow was just thick enough to cover a lot of the boulders but not bury them. behind the tit their was about 30-36 in of fresh on what i am guessing was the crust from the rain last week (it was the first time this year i got out their) a few big rocks still sticking out and some of the little rollers/little hills were blown thin just on the tops, but the riding/snow was good enough to have a blast! 9 sleds in our group went in and 9 came out! a few in the group tried to get off the path before the tit and tacked a rock got pitched and got back on the path. so its worth going just use some common sense.

Went to Petersville and Turnagain last week. The swamps in pville could use some more snow and were a little crusty, but once you got to the dutch hills the snow was good powder/packed powder.

Turnagain had a thick crust layer from rain with 2" of fresh on top. Not worth the trip until the next storm.

hit cantwell for the first time this year, parked at hurricane gulch (Fairbanks side) kept low in the swamps and trees the snow was fair but we still need a few feet. it was hard picking through the willows as they were 3 ft high in most spots but found some spots that hade 4ft+ or so gently blown in and fun. 6 went in and 6 came out but still sketchy in a lot of spots so keep an eye out if you go.

Pville is looking real good for late March. The new snow has not started to get wet yet from temps. Spring riding with dry snow and a decent amount of it.
