Skidoo warranty?

That's too bad. Surprised it's taking that long to warranty. What oil were you running, and any mods done to the engine or exhaust?

mine took 2-3 weeks. they examine the ecu. mine came up with 6 mins of over rev time. mine was 3 months out of warranty and they covered it. it was approved to be fixed right when covid hit
I used to write warranty, usually got an answer in a half hour or so, unless it was something pretty bizarre. We used one tech to do most all warranty diagnosis', someone we sent down to Wi. every year for training. We knew they would trust his opinion, and rarely had a delay or a denial

How do you get warranty work done.... outside of warranty?
ask nice, be patient, and snow check another 35k in sleds if they get it covered. i had to pay labor. trust me i had a real smile on my face when they said yes
It's called "good will" It varies from ticket to ticket, sometimes cover all or 50% of parts, but rarely ever will it cover labor
