Hey. Just installed a silber turbo kit on 18 m8000. Put lots oil in turbo and oil in line during install. Was wondering how long does it take for the oil pump to fill the line up to the turbo again the next day??Just noticed oil in line was empty after sitting overnight. Thx

It's normal to see air in the line. That oiling line you tie into returns oil to the tank and provides oil to the center section of the motor. The oil will gravity drain back to the oil tank. There are no check valves to keep it full. The turbo will drain oil on the hot and cold side as well down to the level of the seal rings on the turbo shaft. This is normal and within a few minutes of riding there is plenty of oil to keep the turbo happy.

Mine is doing same thing with turbo installed. The line is full to bottom of tee but empty almost all the way to motor and all the way up to the turbo. It’s back drains line empty all the way to motor into the case.
