My main expansion pipe is touching left side of snowmobile on the plastic and bumper. (Bumper is not bent LOL) I’m trying to figure out why, if anyone has there hood removed from an N/A I’m interested in the pipe support prong straightness and how the expansion pipe fits on donut. Any photos you could share would be greatly appreciated, as it will help in my trouble shooting. Thanks in advance.

Do you have an aftermarket can on it? Mine has at least 1/2 inch clearance on the left side with the factory muffler. Exhaust is sitting at a bit of an angle on the donut like yours. I believe the pin for the pipe is at the same angle as yours.

Thank you so much for grabbing a few photos. The fitment at the donut is certainly the same. Mine is bone stock, no can.
In your second photo showing bumper clearance to pipe, if you follow heat shield joint to the front, is the heat shield tab bent down? Mine is bent down from factory like someone had an oops during install.

Your welcome. Yep it’s bent down about where the bumper goes through the plastic. Can see it in my photo, mine looks to be bent a lot nicer than yours, Must be folded down from the factory to provide additional clearance.
