Hello all,

I have a 2013 Pro that I’m in the process of changing the track on..
I went to take the secondary off and it’s siezed on the jack shaft spline…
Anyone ever ran into this and have some advice on how to get it off?
Right now I’ve soaked it with WD40 and so far no luck..

Thanks!

That's a tough one... I apply a light coating of grease to keep it from sticking, not that you can do anything with that at the moment. Penetrating oil should help; maybe tip it on its side a bit to let gravity help. That could take a lot time to work through. One idea that occurs to me would be to drive wooden wedges between the backside and the frame. Heat would help, but I'm not sure how much you could get on it, or if you could get it in the right place.

Is it still stuck? If so, that’s a long time to be working on it. haha
