schooling on aluminum for tunnel extension

what should a guy use to build a tunnel extension
08 Phazer one piece? cover exhaust hole and add 12" to tunnel for extension
3003, 5052, 6061,????
.050" .063" ?????
stock tunnel seems to measure @ .060?

For the most strength and resistance to cracking try and bend it across the grain if you can.
