Curious what you did for the front end- were you able to fit dirt bike forks into the stock triples or did you have to get creative with the stem and bearings to make a dirt set of triples work?
Also wondering about the exhaust since most street bikes that I'm aware of have a low-mounted exhaust but yours exits up high similar to a dirt bike.

I machined the through hole of the ktm triple clamps to press fit the ninja stem into them. (Easy to make a hole bigger)

The forks are 04-05 vintage KTM 250 exc open cartridge forks built by brockstar racing. (Springs and valving)

The exhaust was already on the bike. (Hydroformed flat bend header, full Akropovic exhaust system)
It’s called an “undertail exhaust” and is common on some sport bikes.
