Riser for 08 Phazer MTX

Who makes a riser block for an 08 Phaser MTX? My daughter is on this sled and I would like to bring the bars about 1.5" above stock. I can find them for Nytro & Apex but no luck so far on the Phazer.

apex, nytro, phazer are all exactly the same riser setups

get yourself a set of pivot risers I put a 2" on and with some cable re routing it worked fine.
