tuff jug ripper 2.7g is a game changer, the spill-less instant pour nozzle is absurdly better than anything else ever made . Mount it with a rubber giant loop strap or a M-strap ratchet like a snowboard binding. toss a little mat of rubber on the tunnel for it to sit on or make a molded plastic cradle like I did... cheap and really good.

sure, here it is on a cr500, a 450sxf, and now getting mounted to a Riot on a yz450f. The plastic tray I bent with a heat gun makes a nice cradle for it - I use double sided adhesive foam pads to stick that to the tunnel.

i have fix strut now. but plan on trying the tss.
I dont think that will work with it.
you think it could fit further back so it wont get slammed by the fender.

It's been on many TSS setups, just move it back, all the AROs in those photos are TSS. The Riot isn't as everyone says it's better with the fixed strut. We shall see once I test side by side with a SX TSS and an X-Tune'd TSS.

Thought about the gas bag . Went with two one gallon rotopax . Clean set up . Low profile looks good . Each jug holds one and a quarter gallon when topped off . Like being able to run one can if going for a quick ride . The water jugs are a little cheaper than the fuel ones and come with a non epa regular old style pour spout .

I have three of them I'll sell if anyone wants them, seattle area. I used to run the rotopax, but the nozzle gets too clogged up with snow and I don't like the hassle. I have red and white with mounts.

I kind of miss my CR500, but I also miss our old dog but when I think about the fact that he $hit in the house every day I don't miss that much at all, lol. I like the look of the Tuff jug but just wish it was bigger, 4 USG or 15L is the perfect snowbike size

The giant loop three gallon bag fits perfect. The pre drilled holes in riot are aligned for their connectors to strap addition item if needed. Also used the spout pouch for tools and nozzle.

I really like how this is mounted, clean and simple. Are you covering the top at all, seems like it would get clogged with snow and be hard to get it all off before filling up. Did you find that plastic locally? Along with the foam with the sticky backing?

I like the idea of the bag but it takes up so much space, no opportunity to put extra storage behind that. I'm trying to cut my extra stuff back this year but its still more than I want to carry in the numberplate bag and my pack.

The Tuff Jug Ripper jug doesn't have any cap nonsense to clean. You wipe the nozzle off with one motion with your glove, more the retaining clip and stick in into the tank - then press down. It vents the fuel jug out of the air in the tank and auto shuts off when it is full. It's so slick I bought 5 of them 2.7/5 gal and threw out the rest of my fuel jugs.

Here's the finished mount for the Riot tunnel. I left some room between it and the box so if I move to TSS I can slide it back so it won't hit the fender on compression.

The revelatoke bag fits on top of the gas bag. I plan on adding or removing it depending on rides for addition storage. I was trying to find the most convenient fuel/ gear storage without looking ridiculous and most of all not drilling holes in the new kit.

I am a tuff jug convert also. Much prefer it to other tanks for filling. I wish my yeti was easier to mount a tuff jug, I would sell the yeti can.
