Quick and dirty inside wheels

If you want to put your rear wheels inside so that you can flex edge (break rods) your track, here is how I did it.
Pull the whole rear axle and the adjusters. Use a pipe cutter to cut two pieces off of the aluminum spacer that was between the rails. 1.95" each. The third piece will be longer. Sand the ends where you cut smooth with 220 grit. Put it all back together in this order looking from the rear:

Plastic block, rail, block, wheel, 1.95 spacer, wheel, 1.95 spacer, block, rail, big washer, leftover piece of spacer.

Put the adjusters back on but inside the rails.

This leaves all three wheels in action in case of back country emergency.

I broke my wife's track and left mine, so we can compare. Sled are otherwise identical. 2010 154" s36 kit.
