Polaris Voyager 550 Clutch

Has anyone ever respaced (for belt width) a powerbloc 80 or polaris p-85 clutch to work on the newer polaris 550s that come with the powerbloc 50 clutch? Or have you respaced the cv tech invance secondary to fit a powerbloc 80 clutch that is available for all the older 550s that dont come with the powerbloc 50 clutch. I burnt out a powerbloc 50 on my 2017 voyager 550 and looking for replacement options that are better than the powerbloc 50.

We have P85s on our 550’s with thousands of miles on them. That’s where I would go.

What belt # are you using and did you swap out the secondary as well?

Running the stock belt. They came with P85 and a P2 secondary.
