polaris 700 clutch spring and gear questions

i am new to the gear and chain set up ratios..i have a 76 pitch hyvo chain..im looking at doing a 24/42 set up..what do i need as far as width gears..13, 15, 3/4, not sure what those numbers mean..somebody help?

next question is secondary spring recomendations..
i am running 68 gram weights, i believe its a 160/300 yellow epi primary spring, 70-46-42 helix..what would be a good choice on secondary spring for me? im after monster low end..

ANY help would be appreciated

What track are you running?
What motor? I would assume a 700 ves
What elevation are you running?
What has been done to the motor and or sled?

0-3000 ft
motor is pretty much stock other than low comp domes and air filters
