Polaris 2025 improvements.

I posted this on another thread but I guess I probably should have posted it here. Here are my findings so far with my 2025 Khaos Boost 155 3.25

My '25 khaos boost absolutely rips from bottom to top. I was out in Wyoming with it in about 2-4ft of fresh depending on where I was at and just ran great. Was out of breakin mode around 240 miles, zero plugs fouled, new boards have a lot less snow built up on them compared to the other older matryx chassis in the group. Throttle worked great, no snow or ice build up and best of all......ZERO bogging issues!! Sled is completely stock, no aftermarket can or aftermarket intake venting and it didn't bog once. Vents were covered many times and I thought oh its going to bog for sure and nope, didn't happen. Also, no P22 clutch issues but I do retorque after every ride. First couple days clutch bolt moved I'd say maybe a just shy of a 1/4 turn but third through fifth day bolt didn't move much on the retorque. My 2024 broke the clutch bolt around 300 miles. Very happy with my 2025 so far
 
At low elevation and when not riding aggressive, the sled almost loads up or I’ll call it a verbal but anything above 6000 feet and riding extremely hard. The thing runs amazing.
 
So they went with a one range hotter spark plug, does that mean i can use that in my 24 and 22 850 without problem?
 
My 2024 9r I just bought has a billet clutch spider and updated primary bolt. Is this the good clutch spider?
2025 has a forged spider. To my knowledge forged is the strongest manufacturing process to make anything because the metal grain structure is the best. That said it might also depend on the grade of aluminum used in the forged spider vs the billet spider, as well as any heat treatment.
 
All the Matryx sleds equipped with a 7SDD gauge, should make sure that the February of 2024 version SNS7BA.N42404A of the software has been downloaded from RideCommand website, put on a USB flash drive and updated to their 7SDD.

Previous Software versions had glitches and freezes that have been pretty much eliminated with this version. It also has many improves in features and the interface, also group ride, depending on what version you are coming from.

Best of all, it is free and you can do it yourself.

PS heat maps of activity are only shown in Open Ride Areas, and only from sleds using Ride Command and linked thru a cellular phone internet connection to the Ride Command Website cloud. Mostly folks using the RideCommand app on a Smartphone.
 
**** it, might aswell just ask here. having my 23's headlight replaced under warranty, was thinking about trying to get the dealer to put the 25+ headlight assembly in instead(its cheaper, and like its point is lighter). Any reason it couldnt be done? I still want headlights, so a delete isnt gonna happen.

It's direct swap
 
Would the 2025 throttle block and flipper a direct swap on my 2024? Are the 2025 blocks lasting?

Mine keeps sticking and freezing up, getting tired of it but not looking to spend 300 bucks on an aftermarket one but I will if the new design isn't holding up.

I thought I read that it also requires the new throttle cable to do the swap.

I put the tki throttle block on mine and it's been good. $160.
