P85 Clutch Bushing Replacement

Can the fiber/garmax/brass bushings that are in the primary and secondary clutches be removed and replaced using sockets etc as bushing drivers or do you actually need to use the bushing replacement kit that the shop manual talks about?

yup, sockets and vise work. Just be gentle, and I found that heating the weight ever so slightly helps too. Done dozens like this with no problems.
