Old TSS shock on 2018 ARO

Hi guys! Moving from a 2013 KX450 on a 2015 MH LT to a 2016 KTM 300XC and a n 2018 ARO 120 this year. Wondering if I am able to use the TSS shock from my 2015 Mountain Horse LT on my new 2018 ARO 120 set up... Has anyone done this? Wondering if I can use the trunion from the solid strut on my shock or if that will work.

Easiest way to check is through Timbersled's website. Plug in what your old set up and new set up are and compare part numbers. I would figure you could, but don't take that to heart.

I do not believe that TS has changed the TSS shock since it was introduced.
But yes...you should probably check part numbers on Polaris's microfiche.

The TSS shock is the same, you need the correct lower mount and upper fit kit bushings.

The parts from your solid strut should work, but verify the length against the timberlsed fitment charts.

the TSS shock was changed internally 2 year ago with new model ,different compression and rebound ,same body.

Thank you so much for all your replies! My fit kit should be here this week, and I'll use the trunion piece from the solid strut and stick it into my shock and see how it goes. Looking forward to cool weather and deep snow?cheers!

Had new bushings made for the top mount, and now have to have the rod at the bottom of the shock shortened and threaded right through. Trunion thread in piece needs to be shortened too, then it should work.
