About $2400 what's aluminum nextech skid weigh? I assume your putting this on your propex? Your timbersled won't do the job?

No the timbersled is fine, I just like the idea of the mono skid and want to try it. I'm undecided on if I'm keeping the propex yet or building another pro.

I found a old post from nextech over on dootalk curt the owner said just under 40 lbs for the aluminum 155 mono.

Make it snow up here this is the most, depressing winter ever in Alaska.

I wonder if Timbersled will offer Titanium arms for next year?

He builds them now, you just have to ask for them. The boondocker built pro had a set and there's a few snow bikes with them already.

That should put a complete 155 in the 32/33 range I'd think. One of these day I just need to setup my garage for welding Ti.

Someone needs to make a 40 lb version of the Expert-X. Still the best suspension I've ever used. Bulletproof, probably the only suspension to this day that still maintains perfect track tension throughout its cycle, and you could completely eliminate transfer with the turn of a knob.

Seems like you would lose about 12 pounds if their 163 is 29.5. It should only be a few more inches of rail. Maybe there would be an additional cross brace. Is yours just a lightened doo suspension? I would like to hear what a full blown 155 weighed. It should be around 28. I riding an xm but would love to try one on my wife's pro to see if it would make it a bunch easier for her. It is just a bunch of coin.
