Other than e start and the oil suggestion, there isn't anything available. If the issue is when the sled is cold you can try 2 or 3 slow pulls with both hands to get things moving before trying to start the engine. I do this on cold days with the old M 1K and it helps. If your sled is new it will loosen up a bit after its broke in usually 3-5 hundred miles.
