Looking for exhaust ideas

I have a WRP Assault seat and I originaly paired it up with the Sknz shorty Ultra Q exhaust. I would like to see How others have modified Exhaust for above and/or below tunnel exhaust. I want it to be quiet for trail riding. Thanks for anyhelp.

This is how I used to have my exhaust when I first turboed my RX1. It was a R1 carbon fibre muffler and it sounded sweet.

Here is what I did to my s/c nytro. I bought the muffler used off eBay for $150. Sounds healthy but not too loud. And the extra room on the tunnel is great for storage.

D&d pipe on mine stock location with turn out, but mines really loud sorry.

I really like what you did there irondave86. Do you recall who you got the muffler from and/ or the part number. Being thet mine is and apex with an Expert X skid, I don't have as much room under the tunnel. I was able to lower the skid 3/8" which might allow a muffler like the one you have. I would also have to change the coolent crossover. Eithe move it further back or bring it over the tunnel.

Can you give some specs / dimensions of the muffler and also maybe a link to a similar one on ebay? Is it a heavy automotive muffler?

I believe it's an SDR setup. If i recall his user name here and on "totally yamaha" is "stopdropanroll" I'd say its 1/2 the weight of the stock muffler.

I found mine used on eBay, I took a chance and couldn't be happier. (Was never a fan of how the skinz looked or sounded) The tone of this is nice and the craftsmanship is top notch. Wish I had more info for you, but this is all I could come up with. I can get exact dimensions next weekend.

yoshi rs3

just put on a yoshimura rs3 under tunnel. ordered off of eBay sounds awesome way lighter than stock and i swear its quieter than stock. and gave it more of a pop on the throttle. just bent some 1 inch by 1/4 inch strip of metal to the old mount. do not have problems with rubbing. just enter yoshimura pipes on eBay they will have a few at different price points. i believe mine came off a Kawasaki street bike. bogging issues

I have an 07 Apex, I installed a muffler with the under the tunnel down dump...what have you guys done with the bogging issues in deep soft snow. I like the nytro with the straight pipe out of the back but I am not sure it will work for me. I read somewhere about building a shield but cannot find the post
