Looking for a long track kit for polaris Fusion

I have a 06 polaris fusion 600 HO that i would like to put a 144X2 track on. I thopught about taking the heat exchangers out of the tunnel so i wouldn't have to have a notched track. I have some of the outer rail pipe like they use on RMK's and then put a heat exchanger in the tunnel extension. Do they make a kit for this or do you have to gather the parts up individually?
