Talked with a guy who swears by it. Said it worked perfectly with one deleted rad to maintain consistent temps around 180 on his RIOT3 with a KTM 450.

Dollar-for-dollar, if I go this route I am going to with XRT. 40% cheaper and cleaner look IMO.

XRT outlet locations interfere with storage location, have more hose and move more weight further away from center. I don't care about looks which is good because no matter what it's a snowmobile track jury rigged onto a dirt bike so it's gonna look ghetto no matter what.

Dang I wish you wouldn't have shown that to me. I'm going to have to buy one for my lightweight build. I'm going to try it with no radiators on my 2 stroke. Its pretty small but I used one about that size in the past mounted farther back and I did need ice scratches when there wasn't fresh pow. My normal bikes have a full size cooler from the back of the rear frame to where the mud flap starts on the riot. They work great with no radiators but they are a few pounds heavier plus extra hose weight but at least the weight isn't on the ski anymore.

This is what I have been running on my 300 without any radiator. It works good except on super hard road and slow tree putting in firm snow. I think in snow where the track isn't chewing a snowflap is the real solution.

I finally received the heat exchanger, it weighs 18.7 oz empty 22.4 full of water and it replaced one of the spacers that weighs 71 grams. The fittings are sealed by an oring and stand off longer than necessary, they look kinda fragile.
