I'm stumped

05 900 won't idle will only start if you have it at half to 3/4 throttle. Have checked stator resistance and it is within sec. Changed capacitor CDI box still having the same issue. Checked TPS and Set to specs.

What else could it be?

Fuel issues maybe..filter, psi?

What happens when it does start with that much throttle? Don't let off and it dies?

Could be broken reeds also!

Checked the reeds they are in great shape intake boots cracked so replaced those but no help
