how to make home made 2 wheel kit with stock axel bar

so yeah as title says, im sure somebody knows how to, i just would like to know some dimensions on the cuts so that i can have my wheels positioned good instead of being positioned off or what not (which will occur by me trying my self with guessing), so yeah 2 rear idler wheels only, the sled i gots is a 05 rt 1000 with a 162" track, thanks
