HILLFEST RETURNS TO POWDER MOUNTAIN​

Winter is here and the snow has been plentiful! And with that, we are excited to announce the return of HillFest at Powder Mountain, set for April 7-9, 2023. This year the snowmobile hillclimb race and live music festival produced by Triple Crown Sports and RMSHA will celebrate the closing weekend at “PowMow,” which means terrain will also be open for skiing and snowboarding. It will be a proper closing party to what has already been a truly epic winter season.

HillFest boasts three days of hillclimb races, featuring some of the sport’s top athletes, including the legendary Keith Curtis, 2022 Racer of the Year Cole Thomas, Riley Kincaid, Jay Mentaberry, Tiffany McWilliams and more, representing top manufacturers and outfitters Polaris, Ski-Doo, Arctic Cat, Klim, Pure Adrenaline Motorsports, Caliber Products and more.

Music starts at noon each day, and this year’s lineup boasts performances from The California Honeydrops, Duane Betts, Daniel Donato’s Cosmic Country, Moontricks, Cycles, Dead Floyd, Cousin Curtiss, comedy-music duo Ginger Whale, and locals The Proper Way.

After viewing the races and/or taking some turns on the mountain yourself, come over to the Timberline Lot festival area for music, beer/cocktails (featuring selections from UTOG Brewing Company and Ogden’s Own Distillery), and food all three days.

Tickets for HillFest are on sale now, along with discounted lodging options in downtown Ogden and Powder Mountain. Parking options are limited at Powder Mountain, but General Admission and VIP Parking Options will be available, along with UTA bus service to and from Ogden extended through closing weekend. There will be FREE parking in Eden at Snowcrest Jr. High School with shuttle service to and from the mountain. See the HillFest website for additional information.
